Claims Procedures
- Claims for books damaged in shipment must be made through the carrier.
- Claims for shortages or defective books must be made through our Customer Service Department within 10 days after receipt of order.
Returns Policy
- Invoice number must be included with returns.
- Credit will be allowed only for books in new, salable condition. Books marked in any way may not be returned. Overhead transparencies, video tapes, and software may not be returned. Credits may be applied to future orders for 18 months from date of return.
- Shipping charges must be prepaid.
