The electronic version of Mise en Place: The Culinary Knowledge Game can be played on a computer by an individual or projected onto a screen or Smart Board™ for full class participation. This interactive learning tool offers instructors the opportunity to introduce or review culinary terms and concepts in an interactive game format.

Players begin as entry-level employees and answer questions in each of six certification areas with the goal of being promoted to Apprentice, Sous Chef, and finally to Executive Chef to win the game.
