American
Technical Publishers, Inc. strives for excellence in product
quality and usability. Full compatibility with third-party
software and ease of use are features incorporated into our
products. However, it has been determined through product
testing at American Tech that Adobe®
Acrobat® Reader
Version 6.0 is not 100% backward compatible with previous
versions of Adobe® Acrobat®
Reader. This causes functional problems when using American
Tech CD-ROM products.
This information
has been communicated to Adobe Systems Incorporated, and their
engineers are in the process of developing a solution to correct
this situation. We apologize for any inconvenience and we
will provide additional information when it is received from
Adobe Systems Incorporated.
